Our goal is to provide specialized Personal Trainers, to the general public and corporate sector, which have been trained and certified to the highest standards. Through our expert guidance and your determination, KGworkout is dedicated to helping all our clients achieve their own personal goals in health, fitness and life. . KGworkout’s philosophy: In order to achieve any goal, especially any fitness goals, we must first help the client define a specific and realistic goal and then set a timeline for success. Once this is completed, an exercise and nutrition program will be developed to achieve the outlined goals. If results are not visible within 2 to 4 weeks, the client’s fitness program will be reevaluate and modify accordingly. Most fitness goals can be achieved within 3 months, exercising only 3 to 4 hours per week. . Our clients seek personal training for personal reasons. They are frustrated with their current weight, level of fitness or overall physique. Some lack the motivation or knowledge to start and maintain a workout program and others are looking to take their current program to the next level. . Given the massive amount of health and fitness information available today, it can be extremely confusing and difficult deciding which program to follow. But have no fear KGworkout is here to help. We will create and customize a unique training program that is suitable for each client based on their own personal goals, level of experience and lifestyle. A common mistake that personal trainers make is using their own personal program for their clients. But when you work with a KGworkout trainer you are guaranteed to receive a personalized workout plan. . We are here to help you, but of course you have to meet us half way. It takes hard work and determination to completely change your body. There are no such things as “quick fixes” and we always like to be up front and honest when explaining the commitment it takes to achieve your fitness goals. It seems impossible at times, but with Frequency and a positive Attitude, transforming your body is definitely possible and worth it!
