Q. Do I have to become a member in order to workout at your facilities? A. No. As long as you are with the trainer, you can use the facility just like the members. Q. What forms of payments to you accept? A. We accept personal checks and cash. We will be accepting with credit cards in the near future. Q. What is your cancellation policy? A. We are often flexible but if the cancellation pattern continues, we will start enforcing a 24hr cancellation rule and a "no showing" fee. Q. How soon will I see results? A. Results will depend on how frequently you workout and the diet you choose to follow. Just because you are working with a trainer, it does not insure immediate results. Your results depend on your commitment to a program which we will help you with to our best efforts. Q. Are your trainers insured? A. Yes. We are insured through Hoffman Insurance Services, Inc.
